As far as beauty is concerned, if you are the type of girl
that doesn’t have a beauty routine, some daily rituals for taking care of your
skin, it might be difficult for you to begin doing everything you are supposed
to do, all at once, if you decide to become more careful in terms of skincare.
The first advice that I am going to give you is to start slowly, one step at a
time. For instance, if you don’t drink enough water, you should, for the
beginning, focus on that, and keep
drinking the right amount of water every day for a week or two, until you get
used to doing it, and then everything will come naturally. After that, you
should start focusing on another beauty habit, and so on.
also writing this post for myself, because I sometimes forget to properly take
care of my skin, and I am going to try to listen to my own advice.
are some of the things you should do more often ( if you are already doing them,
then good for you :) ):
Drink a lot of water
Clean your face every night before going to bed
Use face cream every single day ( +sunscreen )
Moisturize your hands
Use lip balm
If you want to never forget to
drink water or to moisturize your skin or anything else, you just put your
bottle of water and your hand cream on your desk or on a shelf, somewhere
visible, somewhere next to you, so that every time you see them, you can reach
for them and use them.
Now, if you are not doing some of
the things above but you really want to start doing them, you should follow the
advice from earlier, choose one to begin with and then go on until you get
